I need help. i have the merlin dude hangs on the desktop but, it don't show on the open windows i have open.. so when i click on the open window it hides on the desktop. i can hear it but, don't see the balloon or the guy

When you use Double Agent in connected or stand-alone mode, the character can move anywhere on the desktop and should be on top of all other windows (although I'm not sure this works with Windows 10). If you use it in contained mode, then it is limited to it's window within your application.
Check out the Double Agent SDK documentation for descriptions of these modes.

i do love double agent but, the merlin dude hangs out on the desktop and don't stay on top of the application that am looking at
