#1 Cant start the programm

At the end of installing both versions (1.0/1.1RC1) i got an error, the same error popups when is start the downloader of the manager.

The message of the error, free translated from dutch
"Cant initialize application (0xc0000135)"

Here some more information about my system:
AMD Athlon X2 4400+ Processor
nvidia 8800GTX videocard
2 GB memory
Enough free disk space

Some running processes:
AVG
Deamontools
Soundmanager (Realtek)
some nvidia control
openoffice launcher

I have running Windows XP SP2 (with dualboot ubuntu :D)

Update: After installing .Net 2.0 it worked fine. Maybe you need to chekc if 2.9 is installed before starting the installation
