This includes following:
- All text modes supported by VESA BIOS.
- All graphics modes supported by VGA/VESA BIOS, especially 8-bit or higher colour graphics modes. This is important since many late model video cards do not have VESA text modes, or most of the high resolution 4-bit graphics modes. For 8-bit or higher colour graphics modes, the extra colours should be made accessible for without limited to 16-colour palettes.
- Automatic 'screen' resizing when running under DOS box, including Windows 9x DOS boxes, Windows NT-based command consoles, 4NT/Take Command/TCI windows, etc. The application window resizing is done immediately after detecting screen size changes.

Short answer: you need text mode to run the program.
- It is recommended by Microsoft to use WinXP screen drivers in Win7 to achieve this. This will enable full screen text mode (Alt-Enter).
> For 8-bit or higher colour graphics modes, the extra colours should be made
> accessible for without limited to 16-colour palettes.
The program only uses 16 colours.
It is possible to assign an 8-bit value (0-255) to each of the 16 colour used.
[Setup]->Screen: Edit VGA. The changes may be saved to a file (Load/Save colour).
There is also a command-line switch -xp.

You may try to uncheck the option:
[Setup]->System Options: [x] Restore screen mode
This will make the program adapt to the current screen size.
