#37 VGA/MDA Herc emulate with 2 X Windows

Allow emulation of a PC that has both the old Hercules
Mono (MDA) graphics card and a newer (other) video card
(eg VGA) to output each to a seperate X Window. This
allows some programs to output to both "screens"
simultaneously (eg some CAD programs and some
development environments for debugging).
