This patch adds support for some keyboard controller commands and for scan code set 3 of IBM PS/2 keyboard, which are required by Fatman: The Caped Consumer game.
Suppport for scan code set 2 can be added easily if needed.
why did you remove the kpd_1 etc from scancode set one ?
