Hi,

this patch make dosbox not always searching for "dosbox.conf" in the cwd if no system specific config file is found, but rather lets dosbox search for "dosbox.conf" on Win32, "DOSBox Preferences" on Mac OS X and ".dosboxrc" on (other) UNIX like systems in the cwd.
