No

Hi dear DOSBox maintainers/developers, first of all, I'm very thankful for your work, it's truly excellent and it helped me a lot in certain circumstances.

Now the issue: I have used your code to build a CUE/BIN reader in my own project, and the issue is that the GPL-2.0-or-later license conflicts with the LGPL-3-or-later license of my project. I did some heavy refactoring of the original code (see here: https://github.com/stohrendorf/CroftEngine/tree/master/src/dosbox-cdrom), but the issue of the license remains. Thus I'm asking whether you grant me the right to re-license the refactored code under my project's license. From my understanding of all the re-licensing issues, the code can still be considered a "derivative work", but I hope to get that issue resolved, and you grant me the right to re-license it.

Thank you very much.
