If you press Caps Lock very quickly, it does Not work even if the LED changes on the physical keyboard. As a result, Caps Lock can be turned on but does Not affect DOSBox, or turned off and does Not affect DOSBox also.
It seams it has nothing to do with either pressing very quickly or not. Also, it happens with Num Lock.
