#521 Serial bytes delay

The TX delay between bytes in direct serial is huge. Tested with native serial(delay's not so huge, but still not ideal), USB->RS232 converter, and native DOS PC with native serial. (screenshots of captured communication are in attachment). I also made a refrence by simply sending some string via putty(RS232 used)
