#505 An old bug where DOSBox crashes if two gamepads are mapped, and one is disconnected

I supposed this is a very old bug, as it happens in both vanilla DOSBox 0.74, the bleeding edge SVN builds and the new 0.74-2 release of DOSBox.

There are a couple of multiplayer games on MS-DOS, and if I use the integrated mapper in DOSBox to assign the various buttons on two gamepads (I personally use wireless Xbox One gamepads on my Windows 10 PC, if that matters), the selected 2 player game works as it should as long as both of the controllers are powered on.

However, once I disconnect one of the controllers and then re-launch the selected multiplayer game, DOSBox straight up crashes if the mapper-file in use have buttons assigned to the secondary controller (which is powered off). The game works as it should if I reconnect the secondary controller.
