#502 tab key not working after alt+tab in Windows 10

In version 0.74-2 the tabulator (tab) key stops working after alt+tab in Windows.

The behaviour of the tabulator key in DOS-prompt is that it goes through files and directories,
but when using a text-editor and writing code or document the tabulator does not work after alt+tab.
I don't know how the key handling code is written in DosBox, but authors should investigate the code and do a proper fix such that the tab-key does not hang in games and programs after alt+tab switching in Windows.

Potential fix: Running the Keymapper (Ctrl+F1) and exiting it seems to reset the tab-key. Although its a temporary solution. You can also remap the tab-key to another key (though tiresome to use), then it will always work with the new key. Though this is not recommended.

Another bug I have here is that the Keymapper is black after starting. Hiting on random places with the mousebutton will fix this.
