#462 "Advanced" scalers (e.g. 2xsai) are broken in linux

If you set the scaler to hq2x, hq3x, 2xsai, super2xsai, or supereagle and launch almost any game in fullscreen mode, you have the game in its original resolution in the middle of the black screen (like a small window with huge black borders). The only game (out of those I experimented with) that is displayed full-screen with these scalers is "Alien Logic: Sky Realms of Jorune".
