#415 Silverball makes Dosbox hang

When playing Silverball, the Fantasy and Blood tables make Dosbox hang - unresponsive to input, save for alt+enter and alt+f4. I've tried this with Dosbox 0.74 and the SVN revision that is current at the time of writing. I've also tried two distributions of Silverball, stand-alone and the Epic MegaGames Pinball bundle.

Please advice if there is any additional info that could be helpful. There was nothing in the Dosbox output.

I can reproduce the problem in 0.74 and SVN at the default 3000 cycles, but not with higher cycles (I used 8000).

Indeed, cycles=8000 seems to circumvent this issue. I had cycles=max.
