#361 Some file names don't work
I'm running Dosbox version 0.74 under Linux. Under Wine I've installed the Japanese Windows game Little Busters! (see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Little_Busters!). Its default (Windows) path is C:\KEY\リトルバスターズ！\ and if I mount my Wine drive C in Dosbox, it is impossible to CD to that directory. Dosbox emulates a short name for the directory (Òâ¬Òâê~1) and my CD call reports "Unable to change to: Òâ¬Òâê~1." The name wasn't typed in manually by me; I typed in "cd<space>" and then hit TAB which filled in the whole name automatically.</space>
