In Championship Manager 93, the internal mouse position
is not correct (the mouse click is not sent where the
mouse is displayed).

    Confirmed the bug is still present in the cvs.
    Will see into it.
    The mouse seems to move out of the window (you can move it
    out of your screen to the right. )

    Found the bug. Need to confirm the fix wih lot's of other
    applications before committing to see if everything still works
    as it was intended.

    Needed quite a rewrite. All dirty hacks removed in favor of
    hardware/software reset
