#1 Modified GLUI

The attached patch is a modified version of GLUI by
"bacontastesgood". I think the intent was to clean up
GLUI and make it more configurable. Unfortunately the
fork breaks the bindings, which were not maintained, so
I am reverting to the original GLUI code. There are
also a few graphical glitches which I'd rather not have
to track down. You should also be able to get the code
through CVS but its here for convenience.
