#21 Flashing of LED during capture

I know some and most of the programs available for
captures of the image in turn flash the LED light on the
camera (if applicable) while the image is being taken.

This would be beneficial, but not critical or necessary
for implementation into dorgem.

    Sounds like a nice thing to do, but I haven't got a clue how it
    can be done.

    Usually the said LED also indicates that the camera is
    active - led simply lights on when WDM capture is
    intialized. Many cheap cameras also require a long period of
    time before their exposure parameters get properly balanced,
    so it's not a very good idea to turn the camera on and off
    for every capture. This feature must be optional and
    disabled by default.
