#99 Remove limits for map numbers

Some WADs contain maps with numbers not present in the original games.

An example is 2022 A Doom Odyssey (for Ultimate Doom):
https://www.doomworld.com/idgames/levels/doom/Ports/megawads/2022ado
The episodes contain a level ExM10 that is not supported.

There is a similar limit for Doom II with WADs containg maps beyond MAP32.
