How to disable all of the plugins except flash player? Because I enabled the flash and javascript so they can read my plugin list. That can be used as browser fingerprinting.

See this with your javascript and flash enabled:

Flash can be disabled. Finer control isn't available. The site is using JS to query the browser's plugins. You can disable JS globally or per tab; opposite-click on a tab to activate a secret menu. You can also restrict JS from working on particular sites via exceptions.

Also, see Documentation/TO-DO. In particular, http://trac.webkit.org/wiki/Fingerprinting is one of those interesting items that I'm slowly working on. Not completely clueless here.

Looks like people are awakening to Dooble.

I haven't discovered a way to disable Flash. What's the trick?

Windows -> Settings -> Security or activate the context menu on a tab and disable/enable plugins.

No, unfortunately. Qt/WebKit provide a simple mechanism for disabling all Web plugins. My plugin usage is very limited (limited to being mostly off), so your request is new. I'll see what can be done in a future release.
    Thanks.
