Hi Checking it better, maybe it will be good to include this on "Edit - Settings - Display", next to "Home", as an alternative to it or additional setting. Regards

I would like to ask When I disable javascript, then go to the link https://ipleak.net/ to check if webrtc is turned off. Because javascript is turned off, ipleak can't display the results, but only see the image file I have downloaded. So can it be considered that webrtc is turned off?
No, this is not an official Dooble product. The new Dooble provides proxy support and Tor functions well. I would not use this other product as it's not maintained.
While learning dooble, I discovered this page: https://sourceforge.net/projects/torbrowser/ After downloading and running, I see using Tor Plugin and other security. Let ask if this is your own creation? Or someone else's? Is it guaranteed for me to use it? Thank you
The otter browser also uses QT, but they can also disable webrtc Disabling webrtc is a minimal feature in common browsers like chorme, firefox. Dooble has a tendency to secure webrtc as well. After using it for a while, I really like Dooble but can't use it to log in yet. If you can disable webrtc, Dooble is in the top 1 in terms of security
I have not tried this as it requires a special library.
I don't understand the question. I usually install a Debian package via "sudo apt install ..." if the package is not available in an official repository. Another alternative installation method is building Dooble from source and using README.DEBIAN as a guide.
A .deb file can't be updated. Can I update the browser by sudo apt update or someway without download file from this site and re-install like the begin? If I use .zip or .dmg file instead of .deb. Thanks.
Thanks
A .deb file can't be updated. Does I can update the browser with .zip file or .dmg file?

According to https://doc.qt.io/qt-5/qtwebengine-features.html, it should.
I plan to install Dooble on linux, but I don't know if it support widevine drm or something similar? Thanks for advance
Thanks for your help Guess Who, but this is well beyond my current knowledge and ability. I need to leave it I think.
No, don't submit pull requests because you're not providing source changes. Please become informed on GIT. As I cannot build Dooble for a 32-bit arch., you should build it on your own.
What kind of machine are you using? No, I don't have a 32-bit machine to prepare Dooble 2.x for you. You can try building Dooble on your machine. You're using Debian? Download the source from https://github.com/textbrowser/dooble/tree/master/2.x. Install Qt 5.15.x or Qt 5.12.x for your 32-bit machine. It must include QWebEngine. qmake -o Makefile dooble.pro make Assuming you have a good build environment. Dooble needs Qt only.
I am still not fully accustomed to Linux: I have signed into GitHub and sent a pull-request for dooble2.x Not sure if that is the correct procedure. Where can I find the repository address to download it onto my laptop? Is it textbrowser.github.io/dooble/ ? Will it work on 32 bit?
Yeah, so that's not something you should be doing. Only use official repositories for all packages. If a package is not available, contact the author(s). I provide a Debian package with each release: Debian, Mac, Windows.
I followed the instructions on this page: https://www.unixmen.com/dooble-a-web-browser-specially-designed-for-security-and-privacy/ I don't know which version it is.
There are immediate solutions: Tor and/or disable JavaScript. Tor is a good solution. Have you tried it? Dooble provides per-tab JS disabling. JS is probably required everywhere unfortunately.
oh well what if i want to disable webrtc?
WebRTC can be disabled by removing it from Qt, however, that would require Qt to be built separately.
Unfortunately, good security but no anonymity. If you can disable webrtc, that's great
Official download location is https://github.com/textbrowser/dooble/releases. I do not provide support for other locations. RSS? From where? What version of Dooble did you install?
The feature cannot be disabled with the included version of Qt.
I just downloaded the Dooble browser and got here today, and found the security feature great, but I can't turn off webrtc Although I went to seetting -> web, then turned off public webrtc. But the check links still see the leak webrtc The links used to check are: https://ipleak.net/ https://www.hidemyass.com/webrtc-leak-test Which admin help to turn off webrtc, many thanks
I installed 32-bit Dooble via the terminal from another repository. It downloads the screen but will not search. The words Retrieving RSS feed(s) come up on the screen. Can I download 32 bit from this repository using the terminal? If so, where can I get the codes from. I am still new to Linux.
Hello. Dooble 1.x is and was completed. Dooble 2.x is a total replacement. Of course the latest version is stable. Several distributions are available on SF.
Thanks for the program!
Thank you! I previously installed the .deb file because I had a hard time to compile qt on my ancient netbook.
Puppy Love. Ready in 2.1.8.
Uploaded new source. It includes additional error information. Please recompile. https://github.com/textbrowser/dooble
What's the Iteration Count? How about the algorithms?
Do you have an image of the exception problem? What do you mean that you can't add it? Is the option not available?
Hello, I'll let the screenshot speak for itself. https://postimg.org/image/8yp4zjbnh/ I get this error, when I try to save the password. I also get an certificate error when i try to connect to a local IP (say my router or Telephoneserver) and can't add an exception. System: Puppy Linux (XenialPup64 7.5) on an old netbook.
