#18 Add some other rules

Hi there, this implementation of Risk is great but I'm missing some rules that are used here in the brazilian version of Risk. They have been already asked in the forum as "old-school" rules and are the following:

1) If you attack a country and win, you only can move to the conquered country the # of armies you used attack (3, 2 or 1). So it is not possible to rush over a whole continent within one round.
2) At the end of your play round you can swap as much armies you want not just from one to another country, but still just to a adjacent country and the same army can only be moved once per round.

Another thing is, when you eleminate a player.
The rukes say, that you get his cards, you
can change cards directly, and you can then continue
attacking.
