#4 javam.exe error

I am running Lotus R7, able to connect fine to my
Local directory in Notes. I see the databases, but it
seems that when a db has a java design element (an
agent for example), Eclipse crashes. I get an error
that says something about the javam.exe.

See image below.

I am new to Eclipse. So, I suspect it something to do
with my step up.
