If a jar is refered to by JavaUserClasses *and* it's
already on the build path (eg XML4J.jar) the creation
of the Domiclipse project fails.

Need to check for duplicate jars when creating project.

Workaround: Add the raw .class files to a .jar and then
reference the external .jar rather than the external .class
file.
