Yes.  "Double-struck" characters are in wide use, 
although not entirely without controversy.

Apparently.  I'm new to Unicode and did this mechanically.
How do you handle the higher code pages?  These are from
http://www.unicode.org/charts/PDF/U1D400.pdf
