in the one you do want to switch off with the above command ?-)

i will place it in the todo, but somehow this could make for another switch
--use-latex-toc. i did use it for test.txt because there are two tocs
the test.txt toc and a toc of a sample document.

where should the options go:
commandline, conf file, rst document ?
