i limited too subsubsection.

from latex documentation, next headings should be paragraph and subparagraph
but it did not work here, the heading looks the same as the following
paragraph (obviously).

section numbering is done by docutils, so this should work, but we might
limit it sometime to avoid section 1.3.2.4.3.5 ...

pdfbookmark are only four levels. (more might be possible, there is something
lurking in my head that i read ... but i think this should do).
