somehow complete (for my reasons/usage overcomplete)

open issues
* blanks in line blocks
* more visible admonitions
* a latex error on centering the abstract title without
  visible effect, but annoying.

* the multirow/column problem: deferred

the tables are problematic anyway.
* tabularx (used for docinfo and option list) is only for
  single page tables.
* table width is always full page width:
  possibly to try: assume rst-pagewidth of 80 get tablewidth
  and make same ratio in latex.
