hi,

I'm sending translated $subject as patch against CVS snapshot

one thing I want to know, docutils/languages/sk.py has punctuated =
characters translated as \Uxxxx, and my python2 (2.1.1, 2.1.3, 2.2.1) =
translates these characters as \xxx.  how can I get \Uxxxx =
representation?
