IMHO, they look way better using the stylesheet I provided--in particular, it
mostly solves the footnote problem.

I guess things will become easier if I commit my changes myself ;)

Oh, and, *thanks* David, for being less lazy than we are, and preparing a
to-do list... You last mail is now flagged as 'important' in my mailbox :)
