Thank you.  You sent this to me by email a week or so ago; sorry I
didn't get back to you yet.

I notice that the "bibliographic_fields" dict is not translated.  I
can do this easily though, since all the terms are already in
"labels".

Yes, that's a valid concern.  I was concerned that mangling had
happened on my end as well.  For that reason, I think there should
only be ASCII characters in Python source files; we need to use
Unicode escapes for the accented characters here.  See the sv.py
Swedish-language module for an example, and
http://docutils.sf.net/spec/howto/i18n.html (newly revised) for a
rationale.

I noticed that Engelbert Gruber has already added sk.py to CVS.
Unfortunately,

That's exactly what I'm talking about.

I will be sure to add the file.

Question for you (and anyone else using Docutils with other
languages): what about reStructuredText directive names?  Should they
be translated into Slovak (etc.)?  Do you want to use::

    .. contents::

or::

    .. obsah::

?  And should directive options be translated as well?
