Another application is (as far as I'm concerned) including docutils-generated
HTML into page templates (e.g. in a PHP website). For now I'm manually
extracting HTML bodies and including them into my page templates (on
solarpack.sf.net)

I vote 'rst' (I already use rst2latex :) )
