[Docutils-develop] "The Docutils Document Tree"

There's been a lot of progress on "The Docutils Document Tree" lately.
See http://docutils.sf.net/spec/doctree.html.  There are 55 DTD
elements left to describe; I'd appreciate any help I can get.
Proofreading, editing, or writing; even one element section would be
great!
