I've redefined "--stylesheet" as containing an invariant URL, used
verbatim.  Added "--stylesheet-path", interpreted w.r.t. the working
directory.  Similarly for "--pep-stylesheet" and
"--pep-stylesheet-path".

The snapshot is ready for download.
