Thanks; it's checked in (with modifications).  I still intend to fix the
command-line options somehow.  I currently like this option best:

  - Redefine "--stylesheet=URL" as an invariant, uninterpreted.  Add
    an interpreted "--stylesheet-path=PATH".  Similarly for
    "--pep-stylesheet".  The -path variant would override.
