It is currently under development. There has been some work (see http://docutils.sf.net/sandbox/tibs/pysource/), but it's probably out of date. I'm looking at the pysource code as well as at HappyDoc (http://happydoc.sf.net/) for inspiration. It's the next major task on my list. If you'd like to help, you'd be very welcome!
