Hi,

On doing more tests, I am sorry to say that the toc update function is
not working as supposed to be.
buggy in fact, recreates a toc under the old toc or just inserts new
entries into the toc.

looks like emacs + rst == failure, I am shifting my work to vim , bit
PITA but rst works better now.
