Ahh, thank you. I did mis it. :-(

Here I get superscript in the running text, but the footnote reference
is still in brackets, iow.

[1]	this text belongs to the footnote..

Most of the lists I follow is via Gmane, but, somehow, I haven’t receive
its authorization message for this list.
