[Docutils-users] I've created a simple PyPI package to convert HTML table to ReST-compatible table

Hi!

I was searching for a long time a converter of HTML table to ReST-compatible table.

I've tried different one but none allows me to use the "rowspan" and "colspan" functions (merged cells in terms of rows or column inside the table).

So I've decided to create one myself!

I post it since maybe it could be useful for other people and not for only my specific needs!
