I would suggest that you host this document in the docutils CVS, probably in
the sandbox area (and still link it from the FAQ of course). Since David
gives CVS access easily (send him your SF username if you did not get one
already), there is no reason to host "hacks" away from the docutils CVS.
Another note: I have already employed the name "mathhack.py" for my
preprocessor script that converts the ``:texmath:`` role/directive to ``raw::
latex`` directives/substitutions and "imgmathhack.py" for its counterpart that
converts them to images. I think that it will reduce confusion if you rename
your page to something else (e.g. "itexmathhack.rst"). If you think I should
rename instead or in addition, I'm open to discussion.
