I did not get any feedback from rc1 and also don't expect more.
IMO, releasing 0.20 today is fine.
We can set the version after the release to 0.20.1.dev and wait with
any incompatible changes to "master/trunk" for one or two weeks so that
in case of problems it is straightforward to do a fixup release.
