[Docutils-develop] Stylesheets quickie

Could the docutils html tool have an option to embed the stylesheet please? 
Much easier to distribute then...

Sure it could.  What's stopping you? ;-)

But since it was an interesting request, and you asked so
nicely... done.  We now have --embed-stylesheet and --link-stylesheet
options; the default is to link.
