#419 Migrate VCS from SVN to git

It would be good to migrate from svn to git. The best to github or gitlab as those interfaces provides REST interface allowing download patch of exact commit (none of the svn or git interfaces of the sf.net provides such sunctionality), and allow create watch alarm on new release.
