#230 rst2man should correctly handle lines starting with a period

No

Nose man page has a line starting with ".ini-style files" phrase. When compiling that file with rst2odt, that line still starts with a dot, so gets treated by a comment when viewed.

Probably that should be escaped somehow.

A minimal test case:

$ echo ".ini-style files" | rst2man 2>/dev/null | groff -man -Tascii 2>/dev/null | grep files
