I don't see a reasonable way to fix this. There are 10 different styles for 10 different kinds of admonitions. We'd have to add a new admonition block quote style for each of those. I suspect that we'll have to accept that admonitions are a restricted sort of thing for the purposes of generating ODF-ODT documents.
In ODF-ODT elements do not nest (bullet lists and enumerated lists are an exception) and styles do not cascade/inherit.
If you can think of some reasonable approach to solving this problem, please let me know.
