Fix cases where not existing anchors would lead to an exception
Improve automatic line breaks handling
Fix interlinks to titles inside an included article or template not found in the including article
Fix the ordering of the table of content being incorrect when there are multiple includes in one article
Add a "meta" element at the beginning of articles which woould be used for the dictionnary and categories for this article
Use the XML article file names rather than their ID to be sure that the file does not contain any character which is not allowed by the OS. It is valid to have more than two files with the same name in the wiki source directories
Rename the "attr" element as "font"
Allow the content of "pre" element to have a background
Allow parts of "pre" element text to have a color, font size, be in italic or bold font
Add the capability to refer to a chapter in a SeeAlso link
Fix cases where a "ref" element with only an id attribute referencing a chapter in the same article would show the description of this article in its text rather than the name of the chapter
