Add the support for disambiguation articles
Fix interwiki links for the left menu which were case-sensitive
Allow external links for the left menu relative to the output directory

Fix the "b" tag setting the text in italic rather than bold
Fix cases where if there were two articles with the same names in two different packages, only one was visible in the dictionnary
