Replace the ICU4J full version by a very small subset of ICU4J (used only to guess a file encoding)
Emit the reason why the generation can not be started if the generation is not possible
Ensure that the configuration of the PDF library is reset before each generation
Add a "pdfFile" property for the PDF generation to specify the full path of the PDF file
Support the wikipedia Mediawiki markup for articles
Allow to include articles which are in other packages
Use jDependency 0.6 (note: this is only used in unit tests)
