Give a title and a footer menu to the Categories files (including the index) and the dictionnary file
Add a new "template" element. Templates can be included in an article but are not included in the dictionnary or categories
Add a new "include" element to allow to include the content of an article or template in another article
Add a new "anchor" element to allow to reference interwiki links to any poriotn of an article
Fix the handling of lists (ul or ol) containing sub-lists
Allow pre elements inside li elements
