the index has a specific XML grammar
creates the articles dictionnary and the dictionnary file
handle correctly articles without ids
support an attr tag to change the color and/or size of the text
support the text formatting in italic or bold
show invalid links in red
write categories and categories index
write articles to categories links
Allow to define several image references in the same XML file
Add in all articles the links to the index and the categories
