Allow to put any kind of element under a "code" element
Add a "moreInfo" element which allows to add a "Main Article" reference at the start of a paragraph (equivalent to the "see also" wikipedia template)
Add a "term" element which allows to define glossaries
Support the "source" element in the XML format. This element is similar to the "pre" element, except that it won't be put on a new line
Include the videos links in the PDF generation
Use MDIUtilities 0.9.18
